2. Orders & Payment

All prices on this website are displayed in GBP and include 20% VAT in accordance with the UK Price Marking Order 2004. By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your basket. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order. Payment is taken at the point of order. We accept bank transfer (BACS). Additional payment methods may be added in future.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We dispatch orders from our Leicester warehouse. Orders placed by 2pm UK time on working days are dispatched the same day via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Delivery typically takes 2–3 working days. We currently ship to the United Kingdom only. For full details, see our Shipping & Returns page.

4. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day returns policy. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. To request a return, email hello@valuefox.co.uk with your order number. Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. All products carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

We collect personal data necessary to fulfil your order: name, email address, delivery address, and payment information. We use this data solely to process and deliver your order, communicate with you about your order, comply with legal obligations, and improve our service. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties except where necessary to fulfil your order (e.g., Royal Mail for delivery). Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products ordered. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
