Shipping
All orders are dispatched from our Leicester warehouse via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Orders placed by 2pm on working days (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or at weekends are dispatched the next working day. Delivery typically takes 2–3 working days after dispatch.

Returns
We offer a 30-day returns policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return the item unused and in its original packaging within 30 days for a full refund. To start a return, email hello@valuefox.co.uk with your order number. Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Warranty
All products carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Contact hello@valuefox.co.uk with your order number and a description of the fault. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
