Shipping & Returns

Delivery

We send all UK orders via Royal Mail Tracked, so you can follow your parcel from dispatch to doorstep. Orders are dispatched on working days (Monday to Friday) and you’ll receive tracking by email once yours is on its way.

Delivery options (prices include VAT):

Royal Mail Tracked 48 — £4.49
Royal Mail Tracked 24 — £4.99
Free delivery on orders over £30 (sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48)

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. “Tracked 48” and “Tracked 24” are the names of the Royal Mail services used — Royal Mail’s delivery aims are estimates, not guarantees.

Returns

If you change your mind, you have 30 days from delivery to return an item unused and in its original packaging for a full refund. You also have the statutory right to cancel within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

To start a return, email hello@valuefox.co.uk with your order number and we’ll guide you through it. Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.

If an item arrives faulty or incorrect, we cover the return cost and provide a full refund or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
